This role is a paid internship that is part of Heaven Hill's Summer Internship Program (June-August). The role is **onsite** at our Bardstown Bottling Facility.
What the Role Is
We are looking for a Compliance Intern to join our Health & Safety team. Our team supports all operations with OSHA compliance, and meeting company strategic goals. You will assist with project work and routine daily compliance activities (inspections, training, etc.).
How You Will Spend Your Time?
- Managing and scheduling compliance calendar tasks
- Assisting with housekeeping of records
- LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) Procedure development
- Additional projects as time allows
Who You Are…
- Currently a junior/senior, pursuing an Environmental Health & Safety or related degree
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, and use of computer; reach with hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
