This role will support our Kentucky based production facilities. Office/Hybrid work environment available if located in Louisville, KY. Open to remote, with preference to be based in the following states: Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee.

What the Role Is
The IFS Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the effective, best practice-based usage of IFS functionality to support Heaven Hill’s business processes. Today, Heaven Hill runs IFS9 and is in the process of transitioning to IFS Cloud on-prem. As part of this project, Heaven Hill aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their existing business processes. The IFS Operations Analyst will be an integral part of the IFS Cloud project team and partner closely with our external implementation partner, IT Business Solution Partners and business stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation. On-going, this role will execute enhancements and small projects in the Operations area and resolve Operations-related end user tickets. This position will collaborate with the Distillery & Bottling IT Business Solution Partners, Enterprise Applications Administrator, and external vendors. The IFS Operations Analyst reports to the Director of IT Business Solutions.

How You Will Spend Your Time?

  • Subject Matter expert in ERP IFS supply chain, manufacturing, planning, scheduling, inventory management, engineering/PDM, and warehousing.
  • Act as part of the Heaven Hill IT team ensuring the successful implementation of IFS Cloud.
  • Develop and deliver IFS Operations end user training as needed.
  • Develop and/or update SOPs and IFS process documentation.
  • Provide end user support by resolving tickets associated with Operations functionality.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, gain buy-in and implement them where agreed.
  • Research, recommend, and lead the implementation of satellite systems where appropriate to augment existing IFS Operations functionality and meet business needs.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of existing IFS satellite systems which support IFS Operations-based business processes.
  • Work closely with IT Business Solution Partner to lead small projects and enhancements utilizing either internal or external resources.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Applications Administrator to ensure the success of patches, upgrades, etc.

Who You Are…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Business Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant hands on experience as an ERP user in manufacturing, machine shops, supply chain, planning, logistics, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years in implementing, supporting, and maintaining IFS 9 or 10 ERP solution in an operations capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with internal end users.
  • Demonstrated experience managing outsourced partners/vendors both in executing small projects and a utilizing a maintenance contract such as IFS Operational Success.
  • Experience with IFS Cloud preferred.
  • Experience in consumer package goods or food & beverage industries preferred.
  • Ability to travel 25% of time.
