This is a paid internship that is part of Heaven Hill's Summer Internship Program (June-August). The role is remote position based in the United States.
What the Role Is
We are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Intern to join our IT team. You will investigate potential end-user capabilities, centered around end-user device authentication, likely MacOS in particular and how it best integrates with our management tools (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft InTune, JAMF). Other opportunities to support in the network management area with KPI dashboarding.
How You Will Spend Your Time?
- Investigating reference architecture's and documenting best practices
- Gap analysis to those from our existing configuration
- Assist in remediation as time allows
Who You Are…
- Currently a junior/senior, pursuing an Information Technology, Cybersecurity Engineering or related degree
- Familiarity with Desktop OS's (Windows, MacOS)
- Strong writing skills
- Microsoft Office product proficiency
- Interest in technology infrastructure and/or security engineering
Physical Requirements
While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, and use of computer; reach with hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
